Busy as hell at work !!

Yes , my franchise is in the bottom 10 in sales ; yet , I am utterly swamped to death every day ( especially on Monday ) from noon to 5!!
It’s completely bonkers

I miss the days when I had little business and just acted like I did . It was very fun to pretend work .
Now it’s so busy that even I am getting rattled and confused

I wish I could name my franchise but I can’t .
I am also getting a lot of Jewish and Israeli customers

My new younger employee is terrific !!
The older one is not catching on that fast but she is taking notes and slowly making progress
. I told her that taking notes is great but you have to review them .
