Former president George W. Bush had knee replacement surgery over Memorial Day Weekend, NBC Chicago reported Tuesday.

Bush, according to NBC's sources, had surgery Saturday at Chicago's Rush University Medical Center, and returned to his home in Dallas, Texas on Monday.
