Has anyone else noticed that by completing the monopolization of the oil industry begun by his father in the '80s and giving us $4 - $5 per gallon gas, George W is the ONLY U.S. president to actually reduce America's carbon output while in office?

Shouldn't the tree-huggers be giving him a medal or something?
