Bundy, his sons, 2 others indicted for 2014 standoff in Nevada

And by doing that they show to the judge they have no remorse and for the max sentence. Sounds like a win win to me, they can bring it on all they want.

If youve done something you feel remorseful about then you're already in more trouble than the criminal justice system can deal with. Accept your actions and be proud of fhem. If you can't stand proudly behind an action, don't do it

Good well when their in prison they should keep fighting and then they can be Darwin Award recipients. As I said I could care less if they aren't remorseful it only means they go being bars longer. As I said it's a win win for me on those ******* assholes. May they rot in jail for all I care

You act as if prison is the end of the world. Better to live/die in prison than to abandon one's values and morals.

If you think prison is so great why aren't you breaking the law for what you believe in then? Why don't you accept prison if you think it's great? Or are you one of those folks that like to "live The protest" through other peopl instead of taking action yourself?

I didn't say prison waz Great. I said it was better than sacrificing one's morals. I break the law for my morals all the time. Literally on a daily basis. What I don't do is get caught doing it.

Damn i was hoping they would nail him for sexually molesting his cattle too. Maybe they will try him on those charges later.

While he didn't got that far, he did mistreat his cattle, and was a complete shitheel of a "rancher."

Actual ranchers manage their herds. Bundy simply let them roam everywhere, unattended. His land, federal land, his neighbors' land, the highways, everywhere. The shore of Lake Mead as well, filling the lake with a good deal of shit.

No vaccinations or health care of any sort for the cattle.

No separation of the bulls from the cows. That means year-round breeding. Not good.

When he needed to sell some, he'd set up bait stations to lure some of the feral herd back in. But he was having trouble selling them, as no reputable slaughterhouse would accept such unhealthy animals. It's going to take major time and money to cleanse that area of Bundy's feral herd.

And that's why his neighbors thought he was an ass. It didn't help that Bundy's armed goons would be roaming around threatening everyone else who lived in the area.

I thought I read somewhere he had sexually molested some of the steer? Maybe I read a rumor. I pretty much figured he was shit bag and that treatment extended to any living things under his control.

Our gun nuts are old, fat and lazy. While they love to claim to be Patriots, they know nothing about the sacrifice that being a Patriot entails

Maybe we'll get to see, one way or the other, in the next couple years.
In a couple of years all the nut bags will be dead. Its all smoke and mirrors now.

So why hasn't the press reported on this concerning why the Bundy's ranch was gone after:

Clark County Commissioners in office at the time Clark County bought the Bunkerville grazing rights in 1998. The rights were purchased WHILE Mr Bundy's court case was still open.

Lance Malone - In 1998, Malone led the fight to
establish a regional land exchange commission to better manage growth in southern Nevada. During that same year, he was investigated on ethics charges related to an airport contract.
In 2000, Malone sought reelection to the County Commission. He was defeated in the primary by Chip Maxfield. Malone then began working as a lobbyist for Michael Galardi, a strip club owner. He also acquired the Subway franchise in the Orleans Hotel. Malone came under investigation for his relationship with Galardi. He was investigated for handling bribes given to sitting Clark County Commission members in exchange for votes in Galardi’s favor. In 2005, Malone was tried and convicted of conspiracy, wire fraud, and extortion. He received a six-year prison sentence. Malone began serving his prison sentence in 2007.

Erin Kenny - Early in 2003 Kenny was implicated in Operation G-Sting, a federal corruption investigation involving a Las Vegas strip club. She agreed to plead guilty and turn state's evidence in exchange for a lighter sentence. On July 24, 2003, Kenny pleaded guilty to a "three-count criminal indictment charging her with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and wire fraud for the purpose of depriving the citizens of Nevada of her honest services as a Clark County Commissioner." The investigation ultimately resulted in the convictions of several other former elected officials, including former county commissioners Lance Malone, Dario Herrera and Mary Kincaid-Chauncey.[9] After her guilty plea, Kenny was hired by developer Jim Rhodes as a consultant. On July 18, 2007, she was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison and fined a total of $200,000 for her taking of bribe money.

Mary Kincaid Chauncey- In May 2006 Kincaid-Chauncey was convicted of conspiracy, wire fraud and extortion stemming from charges that he and the other officials "used their public offices to further the interests of Michael Galardi, a strip club owner in Las Vegas. They solicited and accepted money, property, and services directly from Galardi and through co-defendant Lance Malone, another former county commissioner. The evidence demonstrated that members of the conspiracy concealed the payments they received from Galardi and failed to disclose the payments as required by law and their fiduciary duties as county commissioners." In August 2006 Kincaid-Chauncey was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison, fined $7,600 and ordered to forfeit $19,000 in assets.

Yvonne Atkinson Gates - Long-time Clark County Commissioner Yvonne Atkinson-Gates resigned at the commission meeting Tuesday morning. Commissioner Atkinson-Gates was hit hard by the State Ethics Commission for her involvement in a concession contract at McCarrran Airport in 1988. (from a 2007 article)

These people purchased the grazing rights while Cliven Bundy's court case was still unresolved.

Who was behind this?

They're already in custody. They won't really have a choice but to attend their trials.

That doesnt mean they have to participate in the events. Ive commented several times that if I were ever arrested, I would aimply refuse to interact with the system. No talking. No working with defense counsel. Basically refuse to be involved in any way.
You're as dumb as a cell full of Bundy's.

Third world Arab Muslim suicide bombers die on their feet too, so I guess you share a lot in common with them.

Definitely. At least they can say they geld their convictions and died with honor. Most Americans these days have neither convictions nor honor.
