Bundy Caught Lying about "Ancestral Rights"

LOL Bundy should falsely claim Cherokee heritage. Apparently one can do that, get rewarded for it by Harvard University and then run for Senate. Ask Liz Warren aka Fauxcahantas.

My husband and children are part Cherokee. I do not know all of my family tree. I keep meaning to check things out on Ancestry.com.

The only thing that really matters here is who owns the land. All land owners whether they be individuals, governments or corporations have the same rights. If the federal government owns the land they can charge individuals including Bundy for grazing his cattle on government land. That is the same right any individual would have. Prescriptive rights would only come into play until a judge ruled. What they did in the past would be irrelevant, the same as for an individual. If the federal government took the land away from the state that would be theft the same as if an individual had seized the land of another. So it comes down to who owns the land.



Also, all public land of a territory belongs to the federal government until a territory becomes a state at that time the land is divide between the two governments by mutual agreement.
