Bruce Springsteen Releases New Song: “Streets of Minneapolis”

Yep, while you attack police with guns trying to stop criminals from being arrested, shoot Kirk and try to assassinate Trump riots in the streets faking attacks with apple juice claiming trump did it, I'm the "violent" one for making a joke about a butthole singer.

BTW Ace, Springsteen has actually DROPPED his stupid song. :lmao:

“Streets of Minneapolis” Lyrics
Through the winter’s ice and cold
Down Nicollet Avenue
A city aflame fought fire and ice
‘Neath an occupier’s boots
King Trump’s private army from the DHS
Guns belted to their coats
Came to Minneapolis to enforce the law
Or so their story goes
Against smoke and rubber bullets
By the dawn’s early light
Citizens stood for justice
Their voices ringing through the night
And there were bloody footprints
Where mercy should have stood
And two dead left to die on snow-filled streets
Alex Pretti and Renee Good

Oh our Minneapolis, I hear your voice
Singing through the bloody mist
We’ll take our stand for this land
And the stranger in our midst
Here in our home they killed and roamed
In the winter of ’26
We’ll remember the names of those who died
On the streets of Minneapolis

Trump’s federal thugs beat up on
His face and his chest
Then we heard the gunshots
And Alex Pretti lay in the snow, dead
Their claim was self defense, sir
Just don’t believe your eyes
It’s our blood and bones
And these whistles and phones
Against Miller and Noem’s dirty lies

Oh our Minneapolis, I hear your voice
Crying through the bloody mist
We’ll remember the names of those who died
On the streets of Minneapolis
Now they say they’re here to uphold the law
But they trample on our rights
If your skin is black or brown my friend
You can be questioned or deported on sight

In chants of ICE out now
Our city’s heart and soul persists
Through broken glass and bloody tears
On the streets of Minneapolis

Oh our Minneapolis, I hear your voice
Singing through the bloody mist
Here in our home they killed and roamed
In the winter of ’26
We’ll take our stand for this land
And the stranger in our midst
We’ll remember the names of those who died
On the streets of Minneapolis
We’ll remember the names of those who died
On the streets of Minneapolis

Bruce Springsteen wrote this song on Saturday, recorded it yesterday and released it today in response to the state terror being visited on the city of Minneapolis. He said it’s dedicated to the people of Minneapolis, their innocent immigrant neighbors and in memory of Alex Pretti and Renee Good.

“King Trump's private army from the DHS / Guns belted to their coats / Came to Minneapolis to enforce the law / Or so their story goes,” Springsteen sings. “And there were bloody footprints / Where mercy should have stood / And two dead, left to die on snow-filled streets / Alex Pretti and Renee Good.”

Has the classic Bruce sound and passion.

The Left wanted a few of their rent-a-mob to get killed, so they could make songs about them.

Because just letting in illegal aliens doesn't automatically mean people are going to be killed. The US is a VIOLENT PLACE.

You're not interested in reducing the violence, just reducing the violence of illegals by kicking out all the illegals who aren't violent.

You're trying to play the hypocrisy card, and yet you fall into the same trap.
Not all rats spread disease, still, I don't want them around.

Chorus]
"Don't take your guns to town son
Leave your guns at home, Bill
Don't take your guns to town,"

Should have listened to momma

It is added violence, violence that shouldn't be happening because they shouldn't be here in the first place.

We get rid of them and we can concentrate on our own violent citizens far more than we do now.

All of those murderers were charged, tried, and convicted. The outrage is over the coverup. No one gets away with violence and murder except ICE thugs and 1,700 Jan 6 rioters. They are free to injure and kill without repercussions if it is in the name of Trump. All those assholes above got justice applied. Not ICE. Not Jan 6 rioters. Not in the name of Trump.

Many of them should not have been here or should have still been in prison and THAT is the true coverup.

Most if not all of them had previous run ins with the law, and were given wrist slaps, repeatedly.

Didn’t like him even before I figured out that he was a leftist nut.

Good lord, what a horrible song.

Some of his songs are so bad my fifth grade students could outwrite him.

I wish I were kidding. Born in the USA is a two-chord song, for instance.

This sounds terrible. Objectively. It's terrible.

Your side has no interest in enforcement of American Immigration Laws. Whether it is the border, vetting vs letting, or holding people accountable for not adhering to US Immigration Laws, you just don’t care.

Nothing in there about the fact they're finding criminal sexual offenders of minors

Never cared for the Fake Blue Collar guy or his overhyped music.

I was a fan of his early work, but he's fallen into the echo chamber of the left.

One thing you couldn't take away from him is he put on a great show. two 1 hour sets with a quick break in between, and that was at the age of 70 when I last saw him at Giants/Metlife Stadium.

Justice. You should be seeking justice for people wronged. Youre just making stuff up now. You dont have any idea who has had what run ins. You are just trying to cover up the hole in your argument. 90% of ICE deportations are NOT violent criminals. The tactics being employed is unconstitutional and leading to deaths. No one wants violent criminals here. You guys want to celebrate and get high fives for deporting cleaning ladies who applied for asylum. No. We dont agree on that. The criminals is a no brainer though and you guys would get a lot of momentum focusing on them and not cleaning ladies. But no. You need to feed the right wing appetite to demonize, hurt and humiliate brown people.

Our Constitution empowers the state of Minnesota to fully investigate and prosecute local crime equally and independently. So they will and some of these ICE thugs will face justice at least.
