I was just thinking about this.
At the time this so called meeting took place the following facts were known:

• Obama had knowingly contributed to the Fusion GPS Dossier
• Obama was regularly getting updates from Susan Rice in her role as NSA
• Susan Rice knew of the Fusion GPS Dossier, how it was funded (Obama gave over a Million Dollars to the effort)
• Susan RIce knew that the FBI and DOJ were using both the Fake Dossier funded by The DNC, Clinton, & Obama and Yahoo News articles, to lobby the FISA Court improperly for a FISA Warrant
• Susan Rice also knew that The FBI & DOJ Omitted the sourcing of the Fusion GPS Dossier, and also concealed the circular reporting used to Falsely Corroborate The Dossier.
• Susan Rice knew that Comey believed the Dossier was Unverified and Salacious, yet Comey & The DOJ used it in their application for a FISA warrant despite it's dubious origins and obvious partisan political nature.
• Susan Rice would have also known of The State Department's Involvement in this.
• Susan Rice also was directly responsible for Illegally Unmasking American Citizens 'Inadvertantly' caught up in "so called" Surveillance.
• She was able to do this Unmasking because of the Intel she was given from the Surveillance as the result of the Fictitious FISA Warrant.
• Susan Rice as The National Security Advisor to then President Obama would have shared all of this information with President Obama & John Kerry, who then shared it with friends of HIllary Clinton in the State Department.
• There is no doubt all of this information was shared with the State Department and then funneled to Clinton so she could keep tabs via surveillance on The Trump Campaign from INSIDE THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN.

Therefore this entire Email she sent to herself is in Direct CONTRADICTION to THE FACTS.

There was NOTHING....NOTHING BY THE BOOK in any of this. It was SKUL LDUGGERY at the Highest Levels of Government. She is just covering her ASS AGAIN, and Obama and Clinton's asses too.

She added: “The President asked Comey to inform him if anything changes in the next few weeks that should affect how we share classified information with the incoming team. Comey said he would."

Graham cast Rice’s email as “self-serving,” questioning whether Comey, at the time of the meeting, briefed the president on the source of the now-infamous anti-Trump dossier that led to a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant for former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.

“Do you think Comey mentioned to the president that the chief source of information regarding a FISA warrant on Carter Page came from a paid operative of the Democratic Party, Mr. [Christopher] Steele, who was on the payroll of Fusion GPS, that was being paid by the Clinton campaign, the Democratic Party, and that the dossier came from Russian sources, very unreliable and still hasn’t been verified?” Graham asked Monday night.

Graham also said the direction to “play it by the book” was “an odd thing” for the president to say in the last month of the administration.
