These NDAs were clearly campaign expenses, since they only made the NDAs to protect Trump’s campaign, not him. Trump had spent his business career bragging about his sexual prowess. If he was worried these one night stands were going to hurt him, he wouldn’t have waited a decade to make the NDA.

Trump had a one night stand with Daniels in 2006. He offered her an NDA in 2016. His campaign was in 2016.
