Нас и судей топили театрализованными воззваниями о том, какая страшная коррупция в России и несчастный Эрмитаж - жертва этой коррупции, пытался защититься от российской правоохранительной системы. За 5 минут выступлений слово "жертва" было произнесено прокурором раз 20, меньше, чем 5-м адвокатом Браудера. Нам видимо нужно было повторить 30 раз, что они не жертва, чтобы привлечь внимание председательствующей судьи к себе. Посмотрим, что скажет теперь апелляция.
Решение Апелляционного суда второго округу будет позднее. Обещали через несколько часов. Ждём.
