Bibas studied as a child in Gibraltar and after the death of his father he moved to Livorno to live with his grandfather. Livorno had a very prestigious and educated Jewish community. You will have no doubt observed the the "Tribunal's Findings" say: "The RToP concluded that “Israel subjects the Palestinian people to an institutionalized regime of domination amounting to apartheid as defined under international law.” Under Artle 22, supra, it either is - or - is not "apartheid."
