"Eleni Cavalcante, the sister of escaped Pennsylvania convict Danelo Cavalcante, was reportedly arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials on Sunday, as confirmed by Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Lt. Col. George Bivens.
