In the late 60's the National Guard occupied the city of Wilmington, Delaware for 9 months. That was the longest occupation by the Feds of an American city since the civil war. But that was when real riots took place. I don't expect a real riot on that scale.

All leaks indicate the Grand Jury will not indict him, and expectations are there will be burning, looting and death in the streets.
