No one has a right to shut down a major artery. PERIOD.
That endangers lives and property. Someone could have been on that highway trying to get to a hospital...happens every single say on every single highway in America...especially in a large metropolitan area. It is how ambulances get around, fire departments etc. If you stop traffic on an interstate and someone gets trapped...your trapped with no other route to get out.
That is irresponsible and just plain dangerous.
It isn't a city street where there are plenty of other choices to get around...it is a major interstate. BIG DIFFERENCE.
