It's about time. The guy is an embarrassment. Remember. This is the same idiot who claimed that you don't have to believe in God to get to Heaven. He's a heretic. No doubt about it.

Now I don't claim to be any expert on Catholic law but I am pretty sure that there is no provision to 'impeach' a Pope.

Of course the Pope could decide to excommunicate those 62 people. But he probably won't- seems like a decent human being- which is of course why you despise him.
