When Hillary quit being Secretary of State, she was supposed to sign a form that said she had turned over all of her work related emails. It is a crime to lie on this form. The State Department wont say if she signed it nor will it produce the document.

This is a standard form and it would be a serious violation to have not had her sign this form, particularly for any executive position.
