Gov Cuomo announced on Sunday that he has signed a plan to move injured arrested BLM, Antifa, and other violent protestors, looters, and arsonists to Nursing homes to prevent hospitals from being overwhelmed by the predicted number of victims resulting from what DeBlasio calls 'Limited Protest Activity'
