My position is the definition of fascism, "government control over the production and distribution of goods and services. The NRA falls under the category of "services" and might even be covered under the 1st Amendment freedom of the press. Charging an independent corporation with "mismanagement" because you deem them a political enemy is fascism. Did you get through school by saying the "the fact is clear" without defending your fact?

I don't know if the fact that the NRA is chartered as a 'charitable organization' plays a role or not?

On a positive note, any payback of the fines levied goes to the NRA. They were the injured party.
That's good news for the organization; however, the NRA has spent tens of millions of defending this suit against Lapiere and other litigation.
