Swedish jets are touted as lightweight and cost effective and relatively underpowered. My guess is that the Swedes are dumping surplus junk on the market. The question is whether the U.S. taxpayers will be picking up the tab to pay for the surplus junk and whether Ukraine can find someone who can drive them.
