BREAKING: Federal judge issues order halting deportation of Colorado antisemitic attack suspect’s family

I'm sure Trump will be able to deport them. He just has to go through the legal process.

What's wrong about that?
There’s no “legal process” that has been skipped to deport people whose visas have expired. The illegal family has merely been taken into custody.

You lefties have learned a new phrase and throw it out - with no understanding - in order to keep illegal aliens in this country, no matter how dangerous they are to innocent Americans (especially if they’re just those evil Joos).

Based on the reporting, Trump's administration wanted them removed through expedited process, which seems like it doesn't legally apply to them given they've been in the country longer than two years.

Nope. The leftist judge, more concerned for a family of illegal alien Muslims, said it would be “punishing the family” to deport them.

Tough shit. They overstayed their visas, they’re antisemites, and we are under no obligation to keep them.

More concerning is the punishment the illegal alien Muslim doled out to 12 innocent American Jews. You leftists are disgusting.

Screw em, drop em out of an airplane with one chute

I don't think a tro from a district court judge is meant to thwart a dually elected president actions. That is a relatively new phenomenon
Its new because, almost all of them are Biden appointed judges. I dont know about the rest of you, but i remember watching all those hearings when radical woke judges were being funneled into Senate confirmation hearings. These people made WILD Tweets and other crazy statements online, and they all belonged to far left organizations.

These judges are traitors. They should be brought up on charges.

The ruling was a temporary restraining order which can only be issued if there is the possibility of irreparable harm without the order.

The Trump administration is obligated to follow the laws. "Tough shit" isn't the law.

What was illegal about Biden’s actions at the border?

As for activist judges, one of the worst is Matthew Kacsmaryk. See Biden v Texas where SCOTUS decided that the president can set immigration policy, not states.

And the moment Trump tries to set ANY kind of executive policy, you guys run to the courts.

Biden's border policies were likely legal, but he turned what should have been manageable #'s into a flood that allowed hundreds of thousands of third-worlders to slip in illegally. Biden literally invited the flood. In 2019 as a candidate he said that should he become president, there needed to be an immediate "surge to the border". He set the tone, and when he got into the White House, he ended Trump-era policies, including remain in Mexico, and ended border wall construction.

Well, no, he is going to remain here.

He will. It will be behind bars but he will stay here.

He will have to serve his sentence here, and hopefully it will be for life, although there is no doubt in my mind that you people on the left will do everything you can to lessen his sentence.

The family harbored a terrorist and you can't tell me that some of the members of his family, such as his piece of shit wife, didn't know what he either was up to, or what he wanted to do.
They need to go, and you need to stop your fucking defense of these people, and demand they get their asses deported!

Still trying to figure out how it was "illegal".

Trump tries lots of things which seem quite illegal on their face and unprecedented, inviting lawsuits. It's hardly every policy.

And how is that worse to having no limits whatsoever?

"No limits" became a problem when Biden invited them in. That bill was piece of shit.

The one that had teeth, was 'HR2' that was passed by the GOP House when they took control in 2023. They had it ready and passed in just four months. They sent it on to the Senate, and right on cue it never left Chuck Schumer's desk for even a vote.

You are the one who brought him here.

In other words, the limits you're complaining about aren't actually a problem at all.

If you want anything to pass a divided Congress, you need to negotiate in a bipartisan fashion. HR2 wasn't.

No, that's not what I mean.
There wasn't a problem with "no limits", when you are not being flooded. Once Biden got into office, and instructed those that wanted in to immediately "surge to the border" then it became an out of control nightmare.

Stop pretending. Dimocrats today do not want borders, they fight every damn step of the way to keep illegals in the country.

Republicans are NOT the ones who create sanctuary cities and states.
Republicans are NOT the ones who want to give out free healthcare to illegals like they do in California.
Republicans are NOT the ones who call for a monthly stipend for illegals.

Again, what was the problem with the limits the bill imposed?

How can you say that with any degree of confidence? You don’t know what you’re talking about. You’re just saying shit.
I follow the news and biden was never deluged with partisan judges the way trump has been
