Because the Reps KNOW how the DemonicRats work! If the Reps help get the taxes on SSI lowered, abolished, or adjusted to a nominal amount, the Dems will fill up that Bill or Amendment with Pork and Spam so THEY end up getting the juicy parts of any adjustments of any kind!!!
