That's completely false, on many levels!

a) We might pretend Obama is an al Qaida mole-agent, whose ONLY mission is to destroy the United States of America. Fine! Obviously so.

This arrangement is between Iran and SIX other nations. For your paranoid theory to be true, they'd ALL have to be in on the conspiracy.
Ockham's Razor: that's not likely!

b) The U.N. Security Council has already ACCEPTED it. So this would have to be a conspiracy of global proportions.

d) Majority Leader McConnell (R-KY) has said point blank, this isn't a treaty, the Senate won't ratify it; and it won't survive the first Republican administration.

Probably. And the next potus will be impotent to do anything about it, because no other country will impose sanctions, unless Iran does something really stupid and it won't, and unilateral sanctions would only hurt American firms.

The senate could go ahead and reject it. It won't do anything. The other countries involved aren't going to reinstate sanctions just because Americans have a bunch of crazy warmongerers in congress.
