Border Patrol Union President Says It’s ‘absolutely Legal’ To Drop Illegals In Sanctuary Cities

National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd claimed Sunday that it is “absolutely legal” for the federal government to transport illegal immigrants to sanctuary cities.

Judd argued during a “Fox & Friends” segment that President Donald Trump’s proposed plan to do just that was “brilliant” and should have been cheered by people on both sides.

“It’s absolutely legal,” Judd explained. “But I’m going to get beaten up by the hard left for this comment. But this is actually a brilliant move on the president’s part.”

Judd went on to detail the “two layers” he saw at work in the proposed plan.

“If he’s doing it for humanitarian purposes, he should be praised,” Judd began. “These are cities that the city councils have consciously made a decision they’re going to accept the illegal aliens into their cities to protect them.”

But then Judd addressed the flip side, saying, “If he’s doing it for political reasons, this is brilliant. These people have to be released for one reason or another. And if we’re going to have to release them, why not show the sanctuary cities the same pressure that other cities are feeling.”

“From those two layers, this is a brilliant move,” Judd concluded.

Yes, let the sanctuary city fathers raise local sales taxes and property taxes to take care of the invaders. These democrats and their voting base are the reason we are being invaded and they really should be the ones to pay for this. Plus ICE should take a head count of every illegal they take to these cities, and subtract that number from their population so these cities/states do not get extra representatives or electoral votes because their high population counts are not citizens or legal residents.

You are 100% on the mark, MarathonMike. I think the Sanctuary Cities who have not had to move over taxpayer children to the back of the bus in order to accommodate the all-important illegal alien's children may be receiving the enlightment only border states have had to deal with in juggling human rights for illegals with the human rights of taxpayer's children, who have to foot the bill for everybody and are struggling just to pay taxes from their average or below-average family incomes. The counties often have to raise county taxes to pay for the additional costs of teaching a doubled-in-population school system that has to pay teachers out of budgets their counties used to could but no more can afford this double expense, plus if they try to keep taxes low enough for everyday joes having to pay taxes, they have fewer bankruptcies but can't meet state requirements to accommodate the flood of expenses inflicted on their districts to make sure each child receives the same education, along with success in passing the exams to check for complicity in equal education by the end of the sixth grade. Kids who couldn't read, speak English or do math when they entered in the 4th grade have to show that the school did its part or close down the doors to that school. Sanctuary cities don't get it yet. Maybe when they have to pay for double education costs that they experienced will help them see the light of truth in this horrifying situation between laws based on ideals that can and do shut down schools that can't cut the mustard vs. schools protected from having ideals shoved down their throats that discourage good teachers and makes parents consider moving to a different school system area devoid of illegals shoving taxpayer's kids aside and protected by the Democrat Party who love alien kids but hate taxpayer's kids who they are happy to leave behind.
