The Book of Judith is not in the Jewish or Protestant Bible. But it's one of the best books I've read. The main character is Judith, one of the few female heroes in Israeli history. Israel is facing an invasion from an enemy who threatens to destroy the entire country. Judith volunteers to infiltrate the enemy camp and kill the general. She succeeds, using her feminine whiles. She sleeps in the same bedroom as the general, and while he's asleep she chops off his head. When she returns to Israel (with the head) she claims she did not have sex with the general. However, I think she was lying about that.
The point is, when Israel is threatened, any method is justified to defend it. That means, seducing a foreign general and murdering him in his bed, or bombing nuclear enrichment facilities.
What say you?
