Bondi Going Bye Bye

Persecution victim, Donald Trump, was involved in a lot of cases. But funny. Courts kept dismissing them on one procedural ground or another. So the cases don’t get to advance that far.

In any case, the legal claims he was making was that the voting numbers were supposedly rigged. The proof of that didn’t necessarily require proof of which aliens voted.

You have the various talking points for your “side” confused.

Federal criminal charges against Donald Trump were dropped by Special Counsel Jack Smith in November 2024 because Department of Justice (DOJ) policy prohibits the prosecution of a sitting president. The cases—involving 2020 election interference and classified documents—were dismissed due to his election victory, not the merits of the evidence.

Georgia Case:
The Fulton County RICO case was dropped in November 2025 by a special prosecutor who argued that the Supreme Court's immunity ruling complicated the case, proving intent was difficult, and that a sitting president could not be forced to stand trial in state court

Results of Lawsuits Regarding the 2020 Elections

The various claims of evidence alleging a stolen 2020 election have been exhaustively investigated and litigated. Judges heard claims of illegal voting and found they were without merit.

There were over 60 court cases where judges, including judges appointed by President Trump and other Republican presidents, looked at the evidence in many cases and said there is not widespread fraud."

CLC’s researched the cases.
Some, as referenced by Rep. Cheney, were withdrawn by the Trump team before the courts ever ruled or dismissed on procedural grounds.

But many were decided on the merits.

Overall, the court found the plaintiffs’ claims of fraud to be speculative, filled with “guess-work,” and often unsubstantiated

Here, with the firing of Pam Bondi, Trump's skewed politics were on display:

He said the following when he was firing her:

WASHINGTON − "We love Pam." "Great American Patriot." "Loyal friend."

Trump credited Bondi with doing "a tremendous job" targeting crime and murders nationwide and said she had "faithfully served" in her role.

One of the reasons that are expressed in the USA Today article is that Bondi was unable to prosecute the people Trump wanted prosecuted.

"President Trump wants his enemies prosecuted and doesn't understand why he can't push a button and make it so," Dave Aronberg, a former state attorney for Florida's Palm Beach County, who worked in Bondi's Florida attorney general's office, told USA TODAY.

Great reasons for firing her, no? He thinks she did a great job as Attorney General but was unable to do what Trump personally wanted her to do, which was put the law aside and do his bidding.

Is that what Trump's politics are about? Putting people in jail simply because they disagree with Trump and make their views known?

and......Firing people that (according to him) are doing a great job in their positions but are not accomplishing his personal goals even though it would go against the existing laws?

Who started the characterization that he “fired” her? Isn’t it possible that this was her request? Or that it was a mutual agreement?

I looked and the only people I see calling it a “firing” is left wing media.

.

My opinion is that we are seeing political theater. Just like we were seeing with Elon Musk.

That and hiding the Epstein files. In TrumpWorld, that's the job of America's AG. That's what matters.

This DOJ can't even get these people to court. They've turned the whole department into a goddamn joke.

If she is hiding the files and trump is in them, why is she leaving? You’d think she would be exactly where trump wanted her if that’s the case.

Your satanic pedophile should be serving this disastrous 2nd term from a prison cell

Merchan said that, if Donald Trump had been a regular citizen, a regular defendant, that he would have likely have faced much harsher punishment for those crimes.

But because Donald Trump is about to become president of the United States again, that comes with the enormous protections, the judge said.

Yes, I guess being a president elect comes with some power, but why didn’t merchan just suspend the sentencing until after trump was out of office?

Yes, tried to persecute victims, got caught, and has been screaming for almost six years.

You’re still conflating different matters. 🥱

Before you ever got to this message board (unless you’re just a sock, that is) the discussion here already dissected those cases. Cases were dismissed on procedural grounds. For example, on the courts determining a “lack of standing.”

You can pretend all you want that cases were dismissed on the “merits.” The claim of dismissal “on the merits” would have required actually having the hearings prior to dismissals.

Yes. You were a loser then. You are a loser now. And you always will have lost that election. The courts did you a favor by cutting off your whining so early in the process.
