Persecution victim, Donald Trump, was involved in a lot of cases. But funny. Courts kept dismissing them on one procedural ground or another. So the cases don’t get to advance that far.
In any case, the legal claims he was making was that the voting numbers were supposedly rigged. The proof of that didn’t necessarily require proof of which aliens voted.
