If they do that they will not be offensive to the normal world and will be more accepted as the weirdos they mostly are but seen as generally harmless.

And no, I will consider anybody who compares their issues to people who happen to be born with dark skin as the truly bigoted idiots they are. Race or ethnicity has zero to do with this and trying to equate the issues of black people with transvestites is a huge insult to black people everywhere.
