Bobby Jindal makes his presidential announcement today What to expect NOLA.com

But, he has already announced at his website:

BobbyJindal.com

where he first broke the news to his kids.

This is what his campaign logo looks like:

Guess no one on his team noticed that this looks like a Christmas candy-cane, what?

Discuss: does Bobby Jindal even have a chance at the nomination?

Yes!

But only if we're talking about The Democrat Party nomination.

Look at history - Jindal is a dark-skinned minority. He's articulate. He cleans up nice. Isn't all that's necessary for The Democrat Party nod? Hey, it worked for the current apologist-in-chief!

The man is too soft spoken to run for President. Are we sure he isn't a librarian in his off hours? :dunno:

They won't vote for him because he has a funny sounding name, Obama knows the hearts of the democrat.

You raise a good point. Maybe if he said he feels as though he has an ISIS sorta middle name - like, oh I dunno, maybe "Hussein", maybe that would fix it?

Piyush Jindal was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to immigrants from India who overstayed their student visa but was allowed to stay because Piyush was born in the states

So what Democrat Party adherent could refuse to vote for an anchor baby without surrendering all party principles and going over to the racist side?

He has no chance. He's a nice man. He would probably make a good president. He just cannot compete with more forceful personalities.
