I can't make a sound with most. Flute a little, make a trumpet fart, can't get a sound out of a Sax. But love them.

Caught Tull at the Memphis Coliseum (freat concert) somewhere around that timeframe, but do not remember a solo like that. Of course it has been a long time and I was pretty wasted when I got there.

He’s the reason I started playing trumpet. I saw him on Ed Sullivan show back around 1963 or so and thought “he looks like he’s having a great time, I’m gonna try that.”

Been hacking away ever since.
