The warning signs of private businesses is starting to increase leaving inner city areas. It took a long time to get them back from many decades ago. Now business districts are being affected in cities and close to those areas. Center city businesses are leaving. National chain stores and local ones also. A balance must be made of policing and anarchy. It is understood of profiling. It is understood of inept and incompetent police whose decisions can destroy another person on their whims. In this case though, the anarchy has made its point and it is not good. The police will definitely need to learn from this even if we still see keystone cops at times. The inner city needs to stop having out of wedlock babies at these ridiculous percentages.
