Duplicate ballots.
Non-matching signatures on ballots.
Dead people voting.
Ballots appearing on non-ballot paper.
Ballots arriving after the polls are closed and still being counted.
Ballots from known republican areas never arriving at their destination.
Ballot harvesting.
Ballots with fictitious addresses on them.
False absentee ballots created.
Dominion voting machines conveniently cease working properly in republican areas.

So what you are saying is that (assuming that poll is even half honest) that Trump has effectively DOUBLED what republicans used to get. And talking to blacks I run into, that 9% is really closer to 15%.
