Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., is urging U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts to launch an investigation into Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson over her attendance at the Grammy Awards on Sunday amid anti-ICE rhetoric from celebrities and artists at the event.

Jackson was in attendance at this year's politically-charged event because of her nomination for narrating the audiobook version of her memoir, "Lovely One."

However, critics said Jackson clapped as various speakers criticized U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Not really necessary since even Justice Sotomayor has scolded Justice Jackson for being "amateurish" and her stance on many issues being more of an opinion than supported by any context in the law, including that Justice Sotomayor has done that more than once and in Concurring Opinions written expressly to do so as a response to Justice Jackson's Dissenting Opinion.

That is already recorded in the court.
Pursuing Impeachment in regard to what everyone already knows, and as expressed by another Justice on the Supreme Court as well as on the record, would just lead to more political nonsense, and probably end up being less than effective at removing her from the bench.

I would rather Justice Jackson recognize that she is out of her depth and drowning in her incompetence, take some advice and counsel from her colleagues and tighten her shit up as a matter of her own accord, show some respect towards the position she holds, and stop the nonsense, because that would be the most expedient way to handle the issue.
