Do you remember what happened at multiple HBCUs the day after Kirk was killed? I'll make it easy for you so you don't even have to look it up:

Those threats happened because of people like you and your ilk, all the blaming of the other side you do on this board daily. Black people had NOTHING TO DO WITH KIRK GETTING KILLED, but Kirk had plenty of nasty things to say about Black people, all of which I've seen happens to be untrue. Why would you think that after the spotlight that has been placed about all of his quotes that anyone affiliated with him would be welcome on a Black campus. From what I read, they just showed up. They didn't ask permission to setup on campus. That's rude and ill-mannered.

If I talked trash about you day in and day out and then because I thought you weren't getting my message showed up at your house with a megaphone and continued my denigration of you where you live, you wouldn't react the same way? You would be concerned about my freedom of speech because as long as I'm on the public sidewalk in front of your house, I'm not trespassing. Anyone in their right mind would react the same way.

I was just watching a little bit of a cam higby live feed in portland and he was walking down the street and one of the protesters started telling to "get the **** out of here, do you want to be kirk junior?". He then goes on to say "how did your boy end up", and of course, when he removes the umbrella, hes wearing a black mask, black clothing. Wonder who that could be?

I saw that clip before. Not that exact clip, but I knew that it happened. That's why I think that you should be allowed to shoot people for verbally threatening you at times.

Well...no, I dont agree with that. You have the right to walk away. Obviously if they physically attack you, you have a right to defend yourself. Im not sure of the laws in every state, but shooting someone who verbally threatens you could get you in trouble.

I don't think that it should though. If somebody threatens you like in the video how do you know that they're not going to carry through on their threat? We're also living in the day and age where criminals get nothing but a slap on the wrist.

Because we have laws. You don't know if the threat is credible, or just them blowing smoke.
