Black social worker leaves 3 yo kid in hot car. Kid dies. Judge lets killer walk .

We hear of these incidents often. Maye car seats are a hindrance for people. A hassle to use if someone stops somewhere then goes somewhere else. Also, the child really cannot move much and play with any controls on the car when in one so that may cause a parent to leave them in the car seat. We have a lot of safety equipment in cars. It is not farfetched that there will be some type of an alarm for this someday.

Getting out on bail doesn't mean that a person is free and clear. In other words, a guilty verdict and a lengthy prison sentence if not a death one can still very much be in the deck of cards.

God bless you always!!!

It doesn't have to be relevant in order for him to mention it. The fact he wants to bring up the skin color, is all that matters. And all that you need to know.

Bet you weren't expecting that, you little ******* shit.
Oh.

Well if it's not relevant and he brought it up anyway that makes me even more curious. 🤔

Your answer is in my post. Because the media love cherry picking, someone on social media or chat board will fill in the blank for them.
That is an explanation for why the OP mentioned her skin color? Can you elaborate please?

I am also curious why you are such a homo but I would never talk about it openly.
You seem to have some strange fixations. How often do you talk about anal sex and accuse others of being homosexuals?

The OP is a racist
Stating the obvious means that the OP is ethnically challenged?

Do tell. Perhaps you should look at the facts of the case and then tell us all how she should have been released.

A 30K bond is nothing for Class B felony charge while the deceased victim was under state (DHR) supervision.

In AL she faces 2-20 years just for violating AL's Amiyah White Act.

She could also face additional charges.

Yeah, I didn't want to say anything because he's a mod but honestly, accusing someone of being racist really does not address the topic in any way. It's essentially just glorified name-calling, an accusation of some sort. This is honestly very unbecoming of a mod.

This is horrible and happens far too often now, poor child.

I really don't care about nothing but seeing justice equally applied.

She could also be charged with aggravated manslaughter in AL.....Another Class B felony.

In Alabama, aggravated manslaughter is defined under § 13A-6-3 of the Alabama Code. A person commits this crime if they recklessly cause the death of another person

It's lazy to call someone a racist when a simple explanation will work instead.

These types of bail for this offense are often on the 'low' side. Don't know why, don't care why. They just are.

In fact, at the link given; at the NYP, there is an article just below this one that talks about a White Guy doing the same thing and getting out on almost exactly the same Bail Bond.

Ignorance can be tolerated. All of us are ignorant of a lot of things. None of us is 'All-Knowing'. If someone refuses to be enlightened, refuses to see reason, that someone needs to find somewhere else to post their hatred. I don't see that in this case. I see 'Lack of Knowledge' or "Ignorance" if you will.

After all the shit that's happened recently, with the dimocrap scum party stirring up racial hatred at every opportunity, it would be easy to mistake a routine incident for racial preference.

Obvious implication of someone this incompetent being placed in charge of a small child, is that she was given responsiblity based on DEI instead of actual... qualifications.

After all, DEI, A.A., ect, is a real and widespread issue.

Normally, you would require that someone given custody of a child would have the knowledge that KILLING THE CHILD is wrong and how to NOT do that.

Yet, this... monster got the job. Someone fucked up. THe question is why or how.

DEI, certainly needs to be concidered.

Would you not agree?
I'd bet over 75% of FL State workers like that are black. Once one is in supervisor position, they hire
more black than anything. In a way, most people don't seem to care as long as things get done right.

15th post
Why did you focus on that, instead of a child being murdered?

Isn't child murder worse than being insensetive to the feelings of a murderer?
No matter the race, she should be executed, to much of this going on. I was a single father and I would've never forgot my child was in the car seat. I don't understand this.

YOU are the racist since you support DEI justice and want this kid-killer let off with a warning.
First off, this death is terrible.

Second, an attempt at politicizing this tragedy is terrible too.

Is this worker going to trial?
And the judge will say, "you're black and female so pay a fine of $500 and we'll call it square."
BullShit, and you know it.
