Thank god finally! No doubt the GOP party of the corporations and rich will vote this down...I expect most dems to support it but not sure why....I guess so they can give at least mouth some support for working families...

It sounds like the childcare plan that Ivanka wanted. Company paid childcare, after company paid leave for new moms.
