i was sitting at a bar and grill last night when the TV in front of me started broadcasting the Thursday night football game between the Bills and the Jets. I don’t watch the NFL any more but I did want to see if there were any players kneeling.

I can’t say for sure but they panned over both sidelines and I didn’t see one player on his knees. It looked to me that they all stood. Quite a few actually had their hand over their heart.

Perhaps the message from America is getting through to them.

You say this as though you think the majority of players have been kneeling since this protest began, or that the majority of players have knelt in any weeks other than the one right after Trump made comments about players being fired for kneeling. It has always been a pretty low number of players participating, and I don't think that all teams have had players kneel (except perhaps, again, after Trump's comments). Even after the president's comments, I don't think most players/coaches/owners knelt during the anthem. For example, the Cowboys players, coaches, and owner knelt before the anthem, then stood during it.

According to the Daily News, no Jets players had knelt during the anthem as of September 24. Jets and owner Christopher Johnson lock arms during anthem

Perhaps your perception of the scope of the NFL protests is in error. :dunno:

Perhaps I suppose. The media does tend to over play everything. Still, as long as there are still some kneeling, I won’t be watching.
