Man I hope it passes. Medical kidnapping has become an epidemic. Parents are scared to take their kids to the hospital now because of it.My son is 6 and we JUST NOW got him over 40 pounds...doc says he is just fine just ain't hit his growth spurt yet. In the past 6 months he has grown 2 inches and put on 10 pounds...so FINALLY its happening just a little slower,if some moronic doctor had their choice CPS would kidnap kids like this.

Medical kidnapping. ..I like that term.

People call the police all day every day for their adult/teen offspring with "mental health" problems. They want cops to force the person into the hospital.

"He wont take his meds!" Not illegal
"Hes depressed!" Not illegal
"Hes got issues and needs help". Not illegal

Society is trying to turn police into mental health. They arent.

And im with you on this. Nanny staters with these child laws are way beyond the line of reason.
