What a life this man had. Its a shame that Hollywood hasnt taken up his story.
I like the idea of him being reconciled to Cribb and the two of them sharing a pint in their old age.
These were obviously racist times but they seemed to be less racist than when Jack Johnson had to chaxe Burns to Australia to get a fight.
