Russia and China know more about Biden than the American people do. Why are taxpayers forced to support a classified CIA cost when the CIA hasn't been in front of any serious issue (including 9-11) since WW2?

It is really not that big a secret. We have fiddled with them just like we have fiddled with supercavitating torpedoes. As others are starting to bring theirs online in whatever small number they have, the US will get serious about them and build 1,000 times more. It is what we do--spend a lot of money playing around with crap we never put into the field so that we know how to put crap into production when we need it.

Anyway, I read somewhere or the other that Russia has already used up a pretty big chunk of their rather small stockpile of these things already in Ukraine.
