Last week the District of Columbia replaced a street sign, an action not ordinarily afforded press attention and attended by dignitaries. This one had both, because the street was in front of the Saudi Embassy, and its new name was Jamal Khashoggi Way.

Surprise, surprise........"human rights" is going to be kicked to the curb.

Maybe at this time next year, President Biden will be ordered by the woke think tank to visit the Czar in Moscow, too, another despot that will become "un-pariah-ed."

Just goes to show the mean-spirited the dems are and how little they think of the taxpayer.....Look into the cost of a street name change, it runs into the thousands, doubly so in DC I suspect.

I know because some yankee transplants wanted a street named after a Confederate General changed. My town told them if they were willing to pay for it themselves it could be changed but they wanted the money up front and every person on the street had to agree to the change.

Other than a whiney editorial in the local free paper no more was heard from them.
