So why is the DOJ sitting this investigation out? Wouldn't ALL of the resources of the Biden DOJ
be welcomed IF a swift and authoritative investigation was sought after?

And what about Whitmer and other governors
who followed Cuomo's lead sending seniors to their deaths in infectious nursing homes?

Biden's decision to bench his Department of Justice in this matter is disgraceful and impossible
to justify.

It was the CDC guideline, to return residents who had been sent to the hospital with covid, to be returned to the resident's nursing home, when the hospital had determined and certified the patient was well enough to not need hospital care anymore...

With caveats....

The resident had to be put in a part of the nursing home for covid positive residents, isolated from the Regular nursing home residents... Until the resident was fully recovered with no signs of covid.

Biden is now not only complicit in the murder of elderly Americans in NY & in Cuomo's cover-up, he is complicit in the murder of THOUSANDS of elderly Americans across the US!

There is absolutely no evidence that anybody died as a result of Covid patients returning to nursing homes after they had recovered. Furthermore why didn’t Trump prosecute them or at least attempt to a year ago when all of this was happening.
