I didn't understand that the first time I watched one, Obama, I think. I imagined it to be somewhat like a Parliamentary Speech from the Throne, where the agenda is laid out.

President Joe Biden and the first lady called Cox to hear about her experience and invited her to attend the address, press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said during a press briefing.

It's nothing more than like the issue of forgiving student loans. It's vote buying. This entire year leading up to election will be a constant drumbeat designed to scare enough women in to getting to the polls in order to win the election. There's absolutely nothing else about this administration that have improved the lives of Americans, so this will be the issue.

Forget the fact that states now have the right to enact their own laws, as it should have been all along with this particular issue, Biden will be out sniffing the hair and neck of as many women as he can leading up to the election.
