Biden shifted blaming Putin for high gas prices to blaming Big Oil

No matter how you spin this the price of gas is still largely out of Biden's ability to control.
Biden did it. He was yelling at the AFL/CIO meeting. He was so animated he almost took his shoe off to bang the top of the table he was speaking from. But that would be more plagiarism. This one from Nikita Khrushchev who is now one of his kindred political buddies.

How dare you run a profitable business Exxon!!!

It's like watching an 80-year monkey fucking a doorknob.

It just gets funnier everyday.
How dare you gouge us. How dare you collude.

Where do you think Exxon gets it's oil? Us Americans give them our lands that are rich in oil and all we ask is don't gouge us.

So don't complain about the high costs. If you can't afford shit, get a better job.

So are you saying that the process of setting gas prices is so fickle and fragile -- that you can raise it just by yelling??
So why can't you just lower it by yelling other stuff?? Can't you just say drill baby drill real loud and lower it?
Or is your reasoning that of a moron?

Speaking of price gouging....Republicans are a big fan....

US rig counts are soaring again.
Depends on what you call soaring. As compared to when very thing was locked down absolutel. Basically because there were almost no rigs operating. Only those that were in the middle of drilling were running. If you are talking prepandemic then no not even.
But that is how Biden gets his good jobs report. Comparing numbers during lockdown. The jobs were already there.

So are you saying that oil producers are producing less now?

Companies have the right to make a profit. CEOs have the right to draw a salary.
Well then quit crying about inflation. Inflation got landlords to raise their rent. Who rents? Poor people. And when inflation goes down, rent will remain high. Poor people are fucked.

CEO's have a right to draw a salary?

Overall, realized CEO pay has skyrocketed 1,322% since the late 1970s through 2020, according to EPI, far outpacing wage growth of 18% over that same period.

You sure are a dumb person huh? I mean unless you're a CEO. Are you?

Or even a VP. Are you a VP?

Because if you were a worker, you'd wonder why their pay skyrocketed like that and ours didn't.

And don't complain that since the 70's the middle class isn't what it used to be. We were doing so well back then because 35% of our workforce was unionized. They got a share of the profit. We don't anymore. Now our pay stays roughly the same a inflation goes up along with the CEO's pay.
