What he did was to sign a law passed by the senate that allows people with pensions to receive their full benefit.... not to be penalized because they have a pension.... its long over due and people have been asking for this fix since the Bush administration....
But most folks will see nothing until Trump removes federal taxes from SS payments....

There is zero reason to cut SS benefits because of a pension. Makes zero sense.

Trump had already suggested ending taxation on SS benefits and he vowed to find ways to keep politician's grubby fingers out of the SS coffers.

Biden's overall legacy is so tainted with corruption and crime that his last ditch effort to save face is too little - too late.
