Lawyers asking for the Venue to be changed do it for their reasons. But your assessment is true. But stop to think, what will it cost to do it in DC?Because of the location for records and witnesses and because that is where the event occurred

Sorry bout that,I think a problem here is that the bulk of posters do not understand that the building is gigantic. And the congress was told at 2:10 pm to bail out. And any remaining were doing the wrong thing by staying. And she was murdered around 60 to 90 feet from where they were in the room per some guy who posts here.
Faun is the poster.Sorry bout that,
1. Wait,...he posts here?
2. Whats his monicker?
3. Who is he?
4. I want to personally call him out as a, {Cold Blooded Murderer.}
5. Hey Byrd your a lousy human being, more of a walking zombie moron.
6. **** You Byrd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would respect the cop far more had he walked to the window and showed them his gun. But the way I see it, he was happy for target practice on her.It's amazing how as more and more time goes by, Ashli's stature diminishes to the point where as this shrinking, "unarmed" allegedly non-threatening "tiny" white woman she shouldn't have been shot by the "huge" menacing Black man.
I commented on this phenomenon when it first appeared on these boards shortly after she was killed. Years later my words are still being born out here, on the same message board. Not a shred of criticism for her being there in the first place, any fault that she bears in the final outcome of her life, only anger and apparently anticipation for the next time the police unconstitutionally shoot and kill a Black citizen for not complying quickly enough with their demands or some other bs.
Sorry bout that,Faun is the poster.
Too late for Alcatraz. They closed the prison and it is for visitors now. But a pigeon fits him.Sorry bout that,

Byrd shot him a white woman. Got points for it too.Sorry bout that,
1. They will bring it back just to house that asshole!
2. Put those with innocent blood on their hands, together, let them all gather around in a hurd, see what happens.
3. I couldn't live with myself, if I had done what, Byrd did.

Okay, I think I understand what you're saying even though I don't agree with all of it.I am not talking legally. She is dead. He gunned her down. She can't explain his killing her. She did nothing wrong to him. Murder as I am using it only means he took her life with a weapon. The gun was tested. He pulled the trigger.
Her not having a gun is offset by the fact that she was a part of a mob. Facing more than one assailant at a time allows deadly force to be used with a bit fewer constraints than a one against one scenario.The last thing on my mind is who heard the shot. We know she was shot in cold blood, by a cop who got away for now for her death. Anybody who was still in the congress room meeting was nuts to stay there if there was a chance somebody would shoot them. And she had no guns. And this dick wants me to see a tiny knife folded up inside her pocket as a weapon.
And the various white officers who killed black civilians received death threats, why is the standard different for Byrd except that he worked for the Capital Police who have never disciplined an officer for violence against a civilian or on-duty misconduct that I can find.His name wasn't immediately released because Trump nuts were publicly stating they wanted to kill him.
Are you saying that because the police officers who were on the same side of the door as Ashli didn't feel a need to shoot, then the officers on the other side of the door shouldn't have needed to do so either?The Feds must allow protests. It is in the constitution. She has always as an adult been 5'2", Video exists now that she was trying to prevent the window from being smashed. She had been kind to the cops standing there. If she was a threat, why did 3 large cops simply walk off? They were greeted by her. I have tried to keep race out but it seems the Democrats only think it is wrong for a cop to kill a black but whites are fine to put to death.
I don’t know if he says that, but I do. The officers outside the door were in a far more dangerous situation that Byrd AND there is video showing her peacefully interacting with them AND trying to restrict the idiot that broke the window. The independent witness who produced the video says she was trying to de-escalate the situation. He presented the video to the 1/6 Commission ignored it and his statement. Byrd was inside a choke point; merely standing in front of the doors with his pistol deployed would have deterred the crowd, instead he was hiding out of sight on the left side of the doors, and leaned out to take the shot. No other department would have ruled this a “good shoot”.Are you saying that because the police officers who were on the same side of the door as Ashli didn't feel a need to shoot, then the officers on the other side of the door shouldn't have needed to do so either?
Why were the officers on the side with Ashli in a more dangerous situation than Byrd?I don’t know if he says that, but I do. This wasn't a traffic stop gone wrong, it was a part of a larger action.And the various white officers who killed black civilians received death threats, why is the standard different for Byrd except that he worked for the Capital Police who have never disciplined an officer for violence against a civilian or on-duty misconduct that I can find.
Faun is the poster.
Sorry bout that,
1. Fits, he's an evil bastard.
2. How did you find out it was him?
3. He is the worst type of human being, he's got innocent blood on his hands, like they did to Jesus.
4. He's the guy who's job it was to drive the nails in, in Jesus' hands and feet, and laughed about it.
5. {Cold Blooded Killer}

Sorry bout that,You're a sick ****, ya know that? The people still in the chamber weren't just hanging out there. They were following instructions by police, who told them to get down. They were the last ones. Video proves moments earlier, that mob became violent when they observed a Congressman being escorted to safety through the Speaker's Lobby. They began shouting, "they're leaving" and "they're getting away" and then began smashing at the doors to break in. That's when the remaining people still inside the chamber were instructed to get down.
