Clearly the IRS found no evidence of any fraud. The dispute was over how reported income was handled. There is no evidence that Joe Biden had anything to do with Hunter Biden's businesses. Worth noting that Joe Biden has supported raising taxes on the rich.

We have Hunter himself stating how this bullshit worked that the BIG GUY Biden would get 10% of the money kicked backed from selling out of the Biden office.
