From what I've seen him take, the Democrats get back about 30 percent if the small country's fiscal advisers play ball with Joe, the point man confronting them with his demands, and he takes home half of the final figure with shopping spree dividends of their best and most desirable products/cash/services, using his son to help out and get a cut disguised as board member of a going concern. It is all on tape that went viral of his bragging on his conquests to other active Democrats with an interest in getting a little piece of the deep state's pie.
