Biden immediately after taking office shut down 84 executive orders of Trump concerning the boarder. The flood of illegals began. Now, right before the first debate and the election, he comes back with one weak executive order after stating it was Congress's job to fix the boarder. It's never been Congress's job to fix the boarder. It's always been the Executive branch's job. He's the weakest and worst President of all time.
