Well, no, it wasn't, since fucking the hooker isn't what he got in trouble for. He got in trouble for falsifying documents to cover it up.

So let's review what happened here. Trump decided that instead of cooperating with the Russia Probe, he was going to try to discredit it by releasing confidential information on Strozk and Paige.

Information that simply never should have been out in the public domain. Even if what they did was properly against HR Rules (it probably wasn't) it's illegal to release the results of confidential personnel actions.

Even the lowest HR drone knows this.
