The problem is that partisans like you think that no one will remember the events, so, later you change them and make ridiculous statements like this....

In fact, he probably didn't, and they were reported as soon as they were found.

That is NOT what SP Hurr said....As we see above, he said that Biden's retention highlights "Serious risks to National Security..."

And as far as "Reported as soon as they were found", that statement is utter BS....He had some of those documents for 40 plus years, when he was a Senator, and NOT privy to retain them....He stole them.

So, If you're going to step out, and say that Trump should be prosecuted, but Biden shouldn't, it's clear that your motives are purely partisan, end of story.

Truth be told, Trump has the power of God's hands on him. That is the only way he is easing through all of this right now... the court cases, the presidential victories, etc.. That is the only reason the democrats are (against their will and with every fiber in them) moving fast out of the White House and out of Washington, DC. The first problem Hur has is that you can't indict a sitting president. He knew this, but said some smack about doing it anyway when he knew he couldn't.

The only thing he could do is do a referral to congress for impeachment. That's all an IC is really allowed to do in the case of the President.

Here's another point about Hur. He didn't indict anyone else. Most IC's can't indict the president, but he can indict everyone else involved. Yet all this supposed criminal activity, and no one else was indicted. Hummm..

He turned a case of a GS10 packing documents in the wrong box into a supposed federal case.

he was deliberately disingenuous, like claiming that Biden had shared a "classified document" when he showed his personal diary to his ghostwriter.
