Yeah, everybody knows the Federal Prisons are filled with non-violent offenders.

I see nothing that says all these guys were non-violent. They were house-arrest types that had earned Trustee status and were sent home during COVID. They may have been Serial Rapists or Child Molesters but had earned some kind of points to go home during COVID.
