A Biden appointed judge is Big angry that his tantrum is meeting pushback.

Where is the “due process”:for taxpayers who ultimately will pay for the “resettlement”?

I hope the Trump admin. Will fight this nonsense in a higher court.

Biden-appointed federal judge ordered Trump admin to begin processing refugees within next 7 days

U.S. District Judge Jamal Whitehead, a 2023 appointee of former President Joe Biden, issued the order despite the Trump administration saying during a hearing last week that it should only have to process 160 refugees into the country and would likely appeal any order requiring thousands to be admitted.

"This Court will not entertain the Government’s result-oriented rewriting of a judicial order that clearly says what it says," Whitehead wrote on Monday. "The Government is free, of course, to seek further clarification from the Ninth Circuit. But the Government is not free to disobey statutory and constitutional law — and the direct orders of this Court and the Ninth Circuit — while it seeks such clarification."

So much for "the party of law and order", huh?

True, little lady. Show us where the Constitution requires taxpayers to bear the cost to “resettle” migrants.

Show us something in immigration law that provides for such an order.

Back to your cry corner, little lady.

Your Fox News article is short on the details and facts....below is a more thorough news article on it.

Basically this judge and 9th circuit said the trump admin needs to allow all the refugees in the system ready to enter under Biden, and the Law, before Trump was inaugurated. Trump cancelled the U.S. Refugee program that we've had for decades, with an executive order on 1/20.....all those in the system, about 12000, have to be let in.

You can't change the law and terms for these refugees after the fact, after they were in the program under the law at the time.

Makes sense, it is the just thing to do.

Your AP news article is short on facts.

Cite the immigration law that requires taxpayers to fund “resettlement” of migrants.

Biden literally ignored immigration law so identify for us the law passed by Congress that you defined not as law but as a “program”,

This ruling should only apply in the judge's district and even then stayed until quickly overturned.

Either that, or set up a tent camp across the street from the judge's home and resettle all 12,000 there.

A dozen or so biased judges have took it upon themselves to run America snd toss elected Trump aside. DOJ needs to take them into custody. Their edicts have zero enforceability and are simply obstructionist utterings for media purposes.

Letting them in then deporting them doesn't make sense and is a waste of money.
